Training successfully completed June 2018 for staff and first-line responders of The Federal Fire Services, Dangote Group and Nigerian Pipeline & Storage Company (NPSC), a branch of NNPC at Abuja, Nigeria. By Hazard Control Technologies Inc. USA, the original manufacturers of F-500 EA Technology, and originated by Okama Infinity Nigeria Limited.
F-500 EA is perfect for three-dimensional fires, plus F-500 EA is recommended for Class A, Class B (polar and non-polar), Class K and Class D fires. There’s no need to inventory Class A, AFFF and AR-AFFF foams and specialized agents for Class D fires. F-500 EA can do it all!
F-500 Encapsulator Agent is an evolution for fire extinguishing agents, and currently the most versatile agent on the market. It is the only agent that has been tested and approved for almost all kinds of fire. With the number of hazards that firefighters face today, it is important that the extinguishing agent used be versatile and effective, as is the case with F-500 EA. With its capabilities to quickly cool and extinguish all types of fire, F-500 EA stands out from its competition for this and much more. It is also useful as a decontamination agent, since it eliminates 98.6% of the toxins that cause cancer in soot and smoke.
Compliments of the Comptroller General of The Federal Fire Services, in recognition of the excellent performance of F-500 Encapsulator Agent Technology in combating fire, saving lives and properties in Nigeria.
Recognition given to the MD/CEO Okama Infinity Nigeria Limited and HCT Nigeria Limited at the Federal Fire Services Training School, Sheda Kwali, Abuja by The Comptroller General.
Recognition given to thePresident HCT Inc. USA at the Federal Fire Services Training School, Sheda Kwali, Abuja by The Comptroller General.
Okama Infinity Nigeria limited in collaboration with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Hazard Control Technology (HCT) Inc., USA our partners, organized a three-day Specialist Fire training geared towards the actual hands on emergency response incident at The National Fire Academy, Sheda Kwali Abuja, for Class A Fires, Class B Fires, Class C Fires, Class D Fires, Vapor Mitigation and Flammable Liquid Spill Control and Mitigation. For staffs/first responders of The Federal Fires Services, NPSC- a branch of NNPC & Dangote Group.
Training on F-500 EA Technology/usage successfully done 4th to 6th of June 2018, which is expected to achieve optimum result in mitigating hazardous fires in all sectors of Nigeria with the full support of The Federal Fire Services.
The main aim for the training is for participants to personally experience the features and benefits of Encapsulator Agent Technology and apply it , then train others in their respective companies.
Watch the following video as it highlights F-500 Encapsulator Agent being used on different fires and hazards facing the world today. In addition to these incredible characteristics, this product is free of fluorine in its composition, being environmentally FRIENDLY.
With proper training on F-500 EA technology, workers can eliminate fire hazards and respond quickly and efficiently if a fire breaks out. Without proper training a small occurrence can quickly grow to become a major incident with devastating outcomes. F-500 EA has a remarkable ability to cool a fire and surrounding structures, with the ability to absorb 6-10 times more heat energy than plain water. Instead of scalding steam, F-500 EA releases a warm vapor.
Fire safety experts believe that training, knowledge and practical experience can cause behavior to be modified. This involves preparing people for how to deal with a fire, this will lead to the best chance of a safe and methodical evacuation process being conducted. Which is the focus of F-500 EA Specialist Training, where staff is fully equipped with the technology and it's capabilities. F-500 EA encapsulates fuels forming micelles or “chemical cocoons” that render the fuel nonflammable and non-ignitable.
Fire can present a significant risk to businesses. It can kill or seriously injure employees or visitors and can damage or destroy buildings, equipment and stock. As a result, it is hugely beneficial to provide F-500 EA Specialist fire training for chosen designated employees, ensuring that they have the knowledge to respond safely and effectively in the event of a fire. F-500 EA interrupts free radical chain reaction. Free radicals are unburned gases produced during the combustion process that turn into smoke and soot. Inhibiting the chain reaction results in less smoke and toxins and increases visibility.

Concentrate Control Supply (CCS) systems are supplemental chemical agent delivery systems custom-engineered to improve the performance of plain water for both fire suppression and routine wash downs to mitigate combustible dusts. CCS systems can be designed with new fire suppression systems or retrofitted to an existing system. CCS systems can deliver F-500 Encapsulator Agent, Pinnacle Class A, AFFF or AR-AFFF foams and Dust Wash cleaning solution. Every system is individually designed to meet your specific hazard requirements.
CS systems are available to meet various requirements including bladder tanks, water-driven proportioners and powered pump systems. Chemical agent tank sizes range from 36 to 12,000 gallons. Depending on the hazard, agent proportioning is 0.5% to 3%. All HCT agents are noncorrosive and require little maintenance.

From design to installation, final commissioning, inspections and certification, HCT works with all parties to ensure the entire suppression system is installed correctly, functioning and proportioning as designed. We provide training to ensure your personnel understand the operation and maintenance requirements of this critical fire protection system. HCT can also perform annual testing and recertification, as required by national fire codes.
Never apply water to a Class D fire, unless you add 3% F-500 EA. The F-500 EA prevents the water from separating into explosive hydrogen and oxygen. The F-500 EA molecules form a protective skin around the water droplets and rapidly absorb the heat. Foam, powders and sand will take a very long time to extinguish Class D fires, because they don’t remove the heat.
Watch this impressive video using a modest 20 gpm TKO Nozzle, with F-500 Encapsulator Agent and an eductor built in to the nozzle.
You may think water does a great job of cooling a fire, but water does not cool efficiently and creates a lot of dangerous steam. Foams are designed to form a blanket to separate the fuel from the oxygen, but foam traps in the heat, often resulting in reignition.
There is one, unique solution – F-500 Encapsulator Agent.
Just 1-3% F-500 EA changes the cooling mechanism of water from steam conversion to thermal conveyance. This means there is no scalding steam, just a warm vapor. F-500 EA also greatly reduces smoke, increasing visibility and removing up to 98% of the cancer-causing toxins.
With its ability to extinguish fires three ways; removing the heat, encapsulating fuels and interrupting the free radical chain reaction, F-500 Encapsulator Agent is well-suited to Class A, Class B polar and nonpolar, Class D and three-dimensional fires, and is the only agent recommended by multiple organizations for lithium-ion battery fires and transformer fires.
Watch this video to see how F-500 EA extinguishes a fire without touching the flames. By simply removing the heat, F-500 EA rapidly extinguishes the fire. Remove the heat; remove the fire!
There’s only one firefighting agent that can be used to extinguish Class A, Class B polar, Class B nonpolar, Class D fires and is recommended for transformer fires and lithium-ion battery fires. And no other agent can encapsulate spilled fuels and render them nonflammable. But can F-500 EA compete head to head against high-expansion AFFF?
You bet it can.
Foam has to form a blanket to smother a fire. Even with high expansion foam, this can be a challenge on three-dimensional fires. Plus, foam does very little to cool and actually traps in the heat, causing reignition.
Only F-500 EA is going to rapidly cool the tires and encapsulate the oil exuding from the tires, rendering them nonflammable. Only F-500 EA virtually eliminates cancer-causing toxins and steam.
Welcome! Check out our website for F-500 EA firefighting suppressant approved by NFPA for extinguishing all classes of fire effectively including lithium-ion battery fires. Also excellent for Fire Rescue and Emergency Operations.
